Alzheimer’s is a progressive disease that destroys memory and other important mental functions. 5.7 million Americans today are suffering from it and by 2050, they project this number to rise to nearly 14 million. Dementia Care  Warriors is dedicated to providing non-medical assistance and resources to caregivers caring for those living with Alzheimer's and related dementia. They do this through various mechanisms like weekly support groups, symposiums, connections to resources and caregiver outings.​
